Application of Fuel Levy Surcharge
A fuel levy surcharge will be applied to all tile purchases and is calculated on a per square metre (m²) basis. This surcharge is in addition to the standard cost of goods and will be clearly itemised on all quotes and invoices.

Purpose of the Surcharge
The fuel levy surcharge is implemented to account for fluctuations in fuel costs that impact transportation, logistics, and delivery of tile products.

Temporary Nature of Charge
This fuel levy surcharge is a temporary measure and may be adjusted, reduced or removed at Bathroom Decor & Tiles discretion, depending on market conditions and operating costs.

Calculation and Rates
The applicable surcharge rate per square metre will be determined by Bathroom Decor & Tiles and communicated at the time of quotation or sale. Rates may vary without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the application of the fuel levy surcharge as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms
Bathroom Decor & Tiles reserves the right to amend, update or modify the surcharge and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.​
