1. Quotes All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Prices & Promotions

   • Promotional prices apply only while the advertised sale runs and only if full payment is received by the sale end date.

   • No rainchecks or extensions on promotional offers.

   • We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing or typographical errors.

3. Payment

   • Full payment is required before dispatch or collection.

   • We accept EFTPOS, credit card and bank transfer. Sorry, no cheques.

4. Stock Availability & Special Orders

   • All goods are subject to availability.

   • Lead times for special-order items may vary and will be advised at time of order.

   • Tiles are sold by batch; exact shade/colour matching of future orders cannot be guaranteed.

5. Inspection & Notification of Issues You must inspect all goods and notify us of any damage, shortage, or incorrect items within 48 hours of collection or delivery. Claims made after this time cannot be accepted (except for consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law).

6. Returns & Refunds (Change-of-Mind) We offer change-of-mind returns only on regular-priced plumbing stock items in the following circumstances:

   • Within 14 days of purchase

   • Goods are unused, in original undamaged packaging, and in re-saleable condition

   • Original receipt/tax invoice is provided

   • A 20% restocking fee applies

   • No change-of-mind returns are available on tiles, custom/special orders, or any discounted/clearance stock.

7. Consumer Guarantees & Warranties

   • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure.

   • For warranty claims beyond consumer guarantees, you must provide proof of purchase. Warranty terms and duration are as provided by the manufacturer/supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage once goods have been installed or 48 hours have passed after collection/delivery (whichever occurs first), except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
